Damaged or Defective Items

At Dream Flowers For You, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Personalized or customized items

Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via site chat or email.
We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns or exchanges, unless the item is being returned due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Pickup:

  • Collect your flowers directly from our Richmond Hill, Ontario location.

  • Orders are usually ready the same day, but please allow up to 2 days for preparation.
    You will receive a “Pickup Ready” email once your order is ready.

Local Delivery:

  • Richmond Hill & nearby areas: Same-day or next-day delivery.

  • Greater Toronto Area (GTA):
    Toronto, Markham, Vaughan (including Woodbridge), Aurora, Newmarket, King (including Nobleton), Whitchurch-Stouffville, Brampton, Mississauga, and surrounding communities. Delivery usually arrives within 2–3 business days.

Important:

  • We currently deliver only to the above locations in Ontario, Canada. Orders outside these areas cannot be shipped at this time.
